Each Skull is carved by hand and made just for you. Here’s what to expect from the moment you order to the day it arrives.
Our skulls are usually carved on demand. It normally takes about 2–4 weeks to carve, treat and dry your Skull, and less than a week to ship once it’s ready. We always try to dispatch as soon as possible.
If you need your Skull by a specific date, it’s best to contact us as soon as you’ve placed your order. We’ll do our very best to get it processed as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a personal tracking number. Use it to follow your Skull’s journey at www.dhl.com. You’re also welcome to send us a quick message anytime and we’ll happily track it for you.
Every country handles import taxes and duties differently. These charges are set by your local customs authority, so they’re beyond our control and, where they apply, must be paid by you, the customer.
We ship directly from our artisans in Bali, Indonesia. If any duties or taxes are due, DHL will collect them before delivering your order. In rare cases, customs may contact you directly to request an invoice — if that happens, simply forward the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.
