Refund Policy

We want you to be head over heels for your new Skull. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how we’ll make it right.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect


If we shipped the wrong item, or if your Skull arrived damaged, we’ll re-ship or refund it immediately. Simply email us with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away — no need to send anything back first.

If you’ve changed your mind


If you’re simply not happy with your order, you can return it too. In this case you’ll receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as your Skull is safely back with us.

Return conditions


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within the 30-day window below

How to return your Skull


  1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your parcel and let us know you’d like a refund.
  2. We’ll reply with simple, step-by-step instructions for sending your Skull back.
  3. Pack it up unused and in its original packaging, then ship it back to us.
  4. Once your Skull is back with us, we’ll process your refund.

The 30-day window


Please note Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds & shipping


Approved refunds are issued once your returned item has arrived back with us. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and for change-of-mind returns the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
