Usually, our totem poles are carved on demand, a process lasting around 2-4 weeks for carving, treating, and drying. Shipping usually takes under a week. If you have a specific deadline, kindly reach out to us immediately after placing your order. We'll strive to expedite the process for you.

Can I return my totem pole?

Absolutely! If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order, we also offer a 30-day hassle-free return - but trust us, you'll love your new totem pole.

What materials are used in your totem poles, and how are they crafted?

Our totem poles are handcrafted using high-quality wood sourced from sustainable forests. Highly skilled artisans, with their profound craftsmanship, intricately carve and paint each totem, ensuring a truly unique piece of art.

Does the totem pole arrive fully assembled, or will I need to install it?

Our totem poles are designed for easy setup.

- Native American-inspired totem poles (with wings): The wings and base arrive detached. The wings can be easily plugged into place, and the base will need to be screwed into the totem pole for secure attachment.

- Totem poles without wings: Only the base needs to be screwed into the totem pole for secure attachment.

- Size-specific details: The 1-meter, 1.5-meter, and 3-meter poles arrive as a single piece and require no installation—just unpack and place them in your home. The 2-meter totem poles are shipped in two pieces. Assembly is straightforward: simply stack the two pieces to form the complete pole.

The entire setup process is simple and intuitive, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Can I display my Totem Pole outdoors?

While these totem poles are designed for both indoor and outdoor display, please note that prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, and extreme temperatures can accelerate wear. For lasting beauty, we recommend placing them in locations where they are protected from severe weather conditions.
