My first longhorns were delivered damaged. Not the company's fault. DHL took full responsibility. Troubleshooting and working through the problems and ultimately replacing with customer service was very pleasant. Being an out of country company, I was worried. But this was quickly put to rest. My rep was very attentive and responsive to my emails and finally got my replacement longhorns delivered last week. It is impressive to say the least. It's huge. Bigger than I expected and absolutely beautiful. This is our second set. My wife purchased a cow skull several months ago and they are also impressive. Overall, this was a great purchase.
