How long will it take for my skulls to arrive?
Usually our skulls are carved on demand. It normally takes about 2-4 weeks to carve, treat and dry your skull and less than a week to ship. We always try to dispatch as soon as possible.
If you need your order by a certain date, it would be best for you to contact us as soon as you have ordered, and we'll do our best to get the order processed ASAP.
Can I return my skull?
Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new Skull. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.
What if my skull arrives damaged/broken?
We guarantee that all of our skulls arrive in crisp condition. All of our carvings are packed securely using extensive amounts of bubble wrap and other materials to make sure they arrive damage-free. In the case that something does arrive broken we take full responsibility and offer either a full refund or we could reship a brand new skull.

No animals are killed for the purpose of our skull creations, rather the skulls are the byproduct of local agriculture.

Will my skull carving look exactly like on the picture?
The skull you receive will be similar to what we picture on our website. Skulls are an organic, natural product, so no two skulls or horns are exactly the same. Each skull and horn may vary slightly in size and appearance.
